What are Lenormand Cards?

A concrete, easy-to-understand divination system dating from the early 1800s.
Symbols are intuitive and down-to-earth.

They are great for practical answers to common life questions. If you've ever wondered what the 8 of Cups has to say about your job question, Lenormand might be for you!
Anne Marie Lenormand was a famous French-Revolution-era psychic. She did not use these cards, but a 19th-century card manufacturer borrowed her name for a pre-existing system called "The Game of Hope."
I updated the traditional cards with my own images made of Elder Futhark Runes.

How is Lenormand different from Tarot?
Lenormand was designed around practical life situations, especially daily challenges like income, relationships, family, and home. Tarot is rich in allusions to classical mythology and astrology. So, while we love Tarot’s mystical, metaphysical qualities, many people find Lenormand cards easier to interpret. Its symbols resonate intuitively because they come from daily life.
Also, Lenormand can be easier to learn and understand because the standard deck only contains 36 cards, compared to Tarot's 78. The decks I use include a few extra cards that make them LGBTQIA+ friendly.
I have extensive experience with both divination systems. So if you specifically want a Tarot reading, let me know. But clients really like my Lenormand readings because the advice is so clear!

Mlle. Lenormand consulted with Napoleon Bonaparte and his wife, Josephine. She was even taken to court and had to defend her psychic abilities!
There are two decks named after her. "Le Grand Jeu de Mlle. Lenormand" was published two years after her death.
I read with the Petit Lenormand, first published in 1845.

I've developed a method which uses the “Lenormand Houses” technique to connect my clients with the angels of their natal astrology charts. If you're interested, or you want to make sure you're connecting with a benevolent spirit in your own card, reading, or pendulum work, or other divination work, let me know!
Lenormand cards are also often read in a grid, which reveals multiple layers in a situation. And there's a cool technique where you lay out all 36 cards -- the Grand Tableau -- to understand energies in many areas of a client's life.
Are there special techniques for Lenormand cards?

Do you guarantee the outcomes predicted in your readings?
If, after the reading is over, you did not enjoy it or do not feel satisfied, there is no need to pay.
However, if you like the reading and pay me, I don't offer refunds if things don't work out exactly the way I predicted.
First, I may be right about the energies at play, but the examples I give you of how it could work out may not be exactly what ends up happening.
Second, ensuring a positive outcome (or avoiding a negative one) depends on actions you take. If I say I think you can get the job, but you don't turn in the application or pass the background check…that's not a failure of the reading.
But if you are unhappy with the results, or you think I made a mistake, please contact me.
And remember to start with small-stakes experiments to see how the energies work. Consult a licensed professional before making any life decisions with significant impact or potential legal consequences.
