Ornate Ceiling in Topkapı Palace

At our initial call, I want to start on three things:

1: Understanding your goals

What are you trying to achieve?

How would you like this situation to resolve?

I'll ask questions and listen hard, relying on my decades of trauma-informed coaching experience to tease out your underlying concerns and desires.

2: Identifying obstacles

  • Uncertainty about what to do

  • Deep beliefs or buried trauma that block embracing what you want, thinking you deserve it, or creating circumstances to achieve it

  • Or maybe you’re pursuing the wrong goal…

I've had all of those, and I've helped thousands of clients (and myself) work through them. They don't have to stop you.

3: Finding your natural happiness patterns, personal gifts, and highest good

We'll start to pinpoint your best ways of creating satisfaction and success, working with your best energies and abilities.

We need to evaluate whether your goals are realistic and beneficial. Many times I've been frustrated by my inability to create what I wanted because I was wanting the wrong thing. Traditional ideas of success left me pursuing things that weren't what I needed and wouldn't make me happy.

If that's you, we'll figure it out and discover what you can successfully create.

At Our First Call

That might seem like a lot for our first talk. And we don't have to dive into all of it right away, but just so you know, that's where we'll be headed.

The first call is free. There's no charge until we figure out whether we want to work together – I think I can help you and you feel comfortable with our interactions and approach.

If we both feel good, we'll discuss a schedule. I accept a sliding scale of payment.

Interestingly, I didn't. First I was a tutor, then an advisor. But my clients called me a “coach” and my Spirit team agreed. I think it's the combination of insight, cheerleading, and ultimately empowering my clients to do it for themselves.

I'm not the guru who says "I have it all figured out, and you should do it my way." But I also don't just give advice and leave you floundering to implement it.

I love to encourage, cheer you on, and check in to see if I can give you a tweak or point you in the right direction. The goal is for you to become ever more the master of your own deeply satisfying life.

You’ll leave every session with a set of action steps we develop together to make progress in that direction.

"Why do you call yourself a coach?"

Temple

People connect with Spirit in different ways.

It's like relationships. Some couples love to go out and be active together. Others spend hours talking over coffee around the kitchen table.

Your astrology chart has clues to your natural spirit connection and gifts, even if you hadn't thought about using them (I was shocked to discover I was a natural at getting rid of negative energies.) If you like, we can work with any modalities you're already using like meditation, runes, Tarot, journaling, altars, or rituals.

But it's also possible that your gifts and spirit connection are manifesting in ways you may not recognize.

Everyone has life areas where we need help. If you've been told you have spiritual gifts, or you vaguely sense your spirit team, but you can't pinpoint what they are, an outside perspective can help you put the pieces together.

I needed that. And it's one of my favorite things to do for clients, TBH!

Spirit Connection for everyone's highest good

Temple

I've gotten the best results for myself and my clients using a natal birth chart (don't worry if you don't have a birth time – that's not essential).

Before I discovered astrology, I worked with thousands of clients without it. But it took me four weeks to uncover what I now can figure out in a single hour.

So, no, I don't have to use astrology. But if you are comfortable with it or willing to let me give it a try, it does speed up the process. I'm always open to your input on tweaking our approach, even if that means you want me to stop using it.

"Do you have to use astrology?"

Temple

"How do you know what is for a client's highest good?"

Developing this ability has been a huge part of my spiritual practice.

I spent so long wanting conventional markers of success – high income, fancy job titles, home ownership. But there were so many other things I needed first like emotional balance, loving myself, learning to go with the flow instead of micromanaging, panicking, or criticizing.

After hanging out with my Spirit guides for the last 32 years, I have a much better sense (like an internal red flag system) for things that are not for people's highest good. I also connect with my own Spirit team and yours to ask direct questions to find out.

Plus, we can teach you how to connect with your spirit team so you can identify your own highest good.

Temple

Everything in my one-on-one client sessions is 100% customized. Some clients like a weekly or monthly appointment. Others prefer to just email me when they feel ready. Some sessions are short, like 30 to 60 minutes. Other clients want to settle in for a nice, long 2-hour chat.

As we understand your goals and your budget, we'll work together to find a session length and rhythym that works for you.

I'm not the coach that wants to see every client once a week for the rest of their lives! But sometimes extra support is needed. We’ll be flexible, adapting to your interests and needs for insight and advice.
